Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Woking. The business unit undertakes projects across a range of sectors including public and private education, motor-retail, commercial and leisure valuing up to £10mil. Projects are administrated predominantly via JCT form of contract. About this Quantity Surveyor role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a couple of projects from the early procurement phase through to final account. You will be responsible for monthly cost reporting to the Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Involvement in pre-construction activities Procurement Dealing with variations / valuations Final accounting sub-contract packages Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor: Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract Experience working within an established main contractor Live within commutable distance to Woking and be happy to commute to sites Full right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who's looking to join an innovative business with room to progress.
