Handy Person/ Janitor

Handy Person/ Janitor Alloa £18ph 3 Month Contract Part time - 18 hours per week We are currently seeking a skilled Handy Person to work on a temporary contract in Allloa. Work will be looking after the campus grounds and building. Hours are 2pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm to 5pm Fridays. Main Duties: Gritting and Snow clearance Key holder - opening and closing building Fire safety testing Basic reactive repairs What we are looking for: Previous estates/ commercial handy person experience Experience with basic trades - Joinery, plumbing and painting Experience working with commercial alarms PVG or recent Enhanced Disclosure - preferred A PVG/ Enhanced disclosure will need to be completed for the successful applicant if one isn't already in place.
