Job Title; Purchase Ledger Clerk Salary; £11.93 Per Hour Shift Pattern; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am-4.00pm Location; Market Harborough, Leicestershire Our client a key supplier to an international media house, is seeking to appoint a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an order fulfilment project. This is an excellent opportunity to join this unique family business and work on an exciting project within a close knit family environment. The Purchase Ledger Clerk Role; All aspects of receiving payments from our clients Maintain the Ledger within the accounts system Posting and allocating the payments within the accounts system Generating any additional transactions in the CRT system Dispute resolution Managing the various invoicing systems requested by our clients Assisting with producing and despatching invoices Email remittances Ultimately ensuring our clients pay their invoices as quickly as possible The Purchase Ledger Clerk Candidate; Basic knowledge of Excel Basic understanding of accounts (Money in /Money out) Attention to detail Confident and telephone manner Ability to communicate effectively, both within the company and outside.
