Controls Engineer – Reading £45,000-£55,000 Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading global automation and communications technology company, providing their technology to multiple clients across the globe They are looking for an experienced mid-level Controls Engineer to come and join their exciting team. Main Duties: Design control systems using PLCs & TIA Portal Play a part in the installation and commissioning of control systems at various customer sites Be able to diagnose and fix technical issues, before and after installation Adhere to British & International safety standards Key Skills: Experience with PLCs, TIA Portal and Structured Text Language Experience with Industrial Communication Networks such as Profibus and Profinet Experience with or Working Knowledge of HMI/SCADA C# Experience is highly desired PLEASE NOTE: Location: UK (you must have the right to work in the UK) If you feel like you have the right skills and experience, then please apply with a copy of your updated CV and we will be in touch with more details
