Locum Band 7 CAMHS Nurse – West Birmingham Are you an experienced CAMHS Nurse with strong managerial skills? We're seeking a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse to join a dedicated team in the West Birmingham area. Position Details: Location: West Birmingham Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Full-time Rate: £30 per hour Start Date: ASAP Role Overview: As a Band 7 CAMHS Nurse, you will: Carry a small caseload of complex cases, providing expert care and intervention to children, adolescents, and their families. Undertake managerial duties, including supervision, leadership, and ensuring service quality standards are met. Support and guide the team to deliver effective, evidence-based CAMHS interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic and patient-centered care. Requirements: Strong CAMHS experience, including managing complex cases. Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and support a team. Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
