This is an all-encompassing role responsible for current operations whilst contributing to further growth & success of the site. An ideal applicant will have a background in the plastics and / or manufacturing sector, strong site operations experience, & excellent leadership abilities. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvements. The company are part of a much larger group who are going through extensive growth & investing heavily in their sites. They turnover £500m per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression. In the role you will be leading a team of 40, have full P&L responsibilities, and be tasked with driving improvements across all aspects of operations.
