Your expertise includes conducting detailed reviews and Decision Support Tools (DSTs) promptly after hospital discharge. What the Job Involves As a peripatetic social worker within the Short Term Support Service, you'll cover multiple regions, ensuring timely evaluations and reviews as individuals leave hospital settings.
