Description Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Lead: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns for effectiveness Manage marketing budget effectively Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements Nurture relationships with external marketing agencies Participate in the hiring and training of new marketing team membersProfile A successful Marketing Lead should have: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in a similar leadership role Strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively High level of creativity and problem-solving ability Proficiency in digital marketing tools and softwareJob Offer A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £39,000 per annum Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment A chance to make a meaningful impact within the Not For Profit sector An inclusive and diverse company culture
