Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. Provide strategic advice to clients on audit-related matters, business performance, and financial reporting. Develop and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients through key business decisions. Manage and mentor a team of auditors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while providing coaching and development opportunities to junior staff. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the firm’s audit service offering. Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm, ensuring that audit services remain competitive and compliant with industry changes and regulations. Work closely with other departments within the firm, including tax and advisory services, to offer integrated solutions to clients. Who You Are: A highly experienced Audit professional with a strong background in managing audits for a broad range of clients. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with extensive experience in audit and assurance services. A natural leader with experience managing a team, mentoring staff, and driving high performance. A strong communicator, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Commercially aware, with the ability to identify business development opportunities and drive the growth of the audit practice. Proactive and strategic, with a keen focus on delivering value to clients while maintaining quality and compliance.
