Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant / HLTA Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant or Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. Assist in creating a nurturing and positive learning environment. Offer one-to-one or small-group support where needed. Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual student needs. What We’re Looking For: Experience or a keen interest in working with children with SEN. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential (training may be provided for the right candidate).
