Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor circa £90k Package West London A great opportunity has arisen for a Project QS or Senior QS to join an already established and growing construction organisation. Projects are focused mainly on new build residential social housing projects up to £10m in value, so main contractor experience is essential with social housing desired. Our client will also consider freelance opportunities for the right candidate. Typical Duties Include: Responsible for estimating costs. Material quantities and project time lines. Liaise with different teams on site to ensure smooth running to the programme. Conduct take-offs and prepare bill of quantities. Analyse project specifications.You should have: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Job longevity. Previous experience on a mixture of luxury residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
