The role involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, from ambitious start-ups to established global corporations, across various industries. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and private equity investments. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, terms of business, and licensing agreements. Providing strategic advice on corporate governance, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Supporting clients in managing risk and ensuring legal frameworks align with business goals.
