Quantity Surveyor Up to £65k car allowance Leicester Fit Out Contractor The Company Think are working with a leading Leicestershire based business on their search for a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, the company are a fit out contractor specialising in commercial buildings and have worked with some absolutely massive brands in recent years. They work on projects ranging from £40,000 - £4 million and all projects will be located around the East Midlands. The role This position is more Quantity Surveyor than Estimator but having previous experience as an Estimator is a must. You will be tasked with developing business opportunities through the production of tenders, budget estimations and cost plans. You will also be analysing the tender returns and make recommendations for the appointment of sub-contractors then make monthly valuations and communicate all information to the project stakeholders. What they offer you The salary on offer ranges from £55,000 - £65,000 DOE car allowance. Following an initial settling period to gain an understanding of the business, their processes and establish necessary relationships, this role does become a hybrid position with WFH days in the week. What they're looking for You either have completed or be in the advanced stage of a Quantity Surveying degree, experience in Estimating and a good understanding of the commercial fit out sector.
