Care Assistant Day & Night

We are looking for a Care Assistant (both day and night shifts available) to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach. To identify and meet the social, emotional and cultural needs of residents and participate in the organisation of person-centred engagement. Support residents to use the environment to its full potential, including each homes' outdoor living space. To ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night.
