The Role Driving sales in collaboration with your management team. Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates. Assisting your management team in implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them. Monitoring performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your teams results. Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brands visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge training. Delivering training to help with the regular introduction of new products and services Maintenance and merchandising of the shop floor, lead and oversee the visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment. Take ownership for the customer journey and how you can make it memorable for the customer. Provide an enjoyable N.Peal purchase experience to every customer with the aim of building long term relationships and inspiring loyalty to the brand. Identifying training and customer service skills development among the team to reflect N.Peal company standards Providing store cover. What makes you the perfect Supervisor? Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with 1-3 years of previous experience as a supervisor in a luxury fashion retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, additional languages would be a benefit (Mandarin, Arabic). Setting a great example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience. You are not afraid to take the initiative in the absence of management. You take pride in mentoring employees, seeing them grow and having fun too You have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to motivate a team, and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity. You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems. You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays, as and when required. You set and maintain high store and staff standards. Teamwork Lead by example and role model behaviour that reflects the companys core values. Appropriately manage conflict and take ownership for your part in the team dynamic. Demonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity. Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and collaborative. Operational Excellence Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained, with a focus on operational excellence, including loss prevention. Ensure accuracy in all POS transactions through rigorous daily checks and training where issues have been identified. Encourage capture of customer information. Review and propose operational improvements and back of house activities. Have a sound understanding of all technology tools used in-store, using proper etiquette. Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritise work. Core Skills Communication. Adaptability. Changes course easily. Owns mistakes and learns from them.
