You'll be a key contact for our clients across commercial and public sector advertising and a crucial part of the Client Service Delivery Team. The Role The Client Service Delivery Team is an integral part of our wider Client Services function. We are the day to day contact for all of our clients submitting briefs for their hiring needs. This could be a single listing on an external media, a social media package designed to raise awareness, or a big creative campaign to hire a whole new department. We work with client managers to ensure our clients' accounts run smoothly and provide the best return on investment – so we keep up to date with the latest market trends. As Senior Client Executive, you'll make sure that every job or request — primarily transactional advertising needs — is delivered to the very highest standards, getting the best results for our clients and growing our business with them. Your key responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for new briefs and opportunities, including taking briefings over the phone Meet and exceed client expectations, offering new and innovative solutions to their recruitment advertising needs Build and grow both media and client relationships Provide media advice on tenders for new business and retaining business Manage creative for copy-only projects Proof adverts, upload listings direct to media and provide live links to clients Meet and exceed spot buy targets each month Occasionally deputise for our Client Service Manager Who we're looking for You'll have proven experience in administration, managing clients and negotiating media. This includes experience in recruitment advertising and communications. As a minimum, you'll need: Experience of recruitment advertising Track record of successful media negotiations Recruitment communications experience Strong customer service skills and customer focus A proactive, professional and team-spirited attitude Excellent administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication skills Strong proof-reading skills The ability to work well under pressure and balance tight deadlines What's in it for me?
