Parts Supervisor - Automotive

A major commercial vehicles manufacturer is looking for a Parts Supervisor to manage parts advisors and head the parts department in their Farnborough deport. The ideal candidate will have parts experience and supervisory experience or at least mentored parts advisors or similar. Ideally like someone with HGV, Truck or commercial vehicle parts sector experience, but any automotive parts experience is fine. I ROLE: Parts Supervisor LOCATION: Reading BASIC SALASRY: £35k to £38k, plus overtime and Bonus BENEFITS: 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension ROLE: MANAGE PARTS TEAM - PARTS ADVISORS ENSURE PHONES ARE ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AFTER SALES COMPLETED. LEAD PARTS TEAM TO IMPLEMENT CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP CALLS LIASE WITH SERVICE MANAGER ON ANY VOR ISSUES MONITOR AND CHASE BACK ORDERS RECEIPT AND RECONCILIATION OF STOCK ORDERS.REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES RECEIPT AND RECONCILIATION OF INTER DEPOT TRANSFERS MANAGE RETURN OF EXCHANGE UNITS MANAGE PARTS WARRANTY PROCESS ORGANISE ROLLING STOCK TAKES AND REPORT ON FINDINGS. MANAGE NEGATIVE STOCK. MANAGE DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES SIGN OFF VAN CHECK SHEETS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: KNOWLEDGE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND PARTS OR ANY AUTOMOTIVE. PARTS STOCK CONTROL QUALIFICATION PREFERRED PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE PREFFERED COMPUTER LITERATE WITH EXCEL KNOWLEDGE FLT LICENCE ADZN1_UKTJ
