Site Manager Exeter Permanent Up to £44,000 Company Vehicle I am working with a long-standing regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager, working on several projects: ranging from refurbishment, heritage, public sector and commercial works. Responsibilities will include: Management of sub-contractors, labour and materials. On site Health & Safety, adhering to the clients’ regulations and policies. Reporting to the roving Contracts Manager. Create progress reports. Stay in frequent communications with the client’s representatives. Candidate requirements: Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work is essential, regional / general contracting experience is preferred. Diligent, hardworking and committed to the build. DBS clearance will be required A full driving license will be required due to the location of the sites Salary – Up to £44,000 Company vehicle fuel card Private medical and 25 days annual holiday, if this is of interest please do get in touch to discuss in more detail
