Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Defining Goals and Roles: Clearly define the project goals, objectives, and scope. Assign roles and responsibilities to the project team members Planning and Organizing Projects: Create a detailed project plan with tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain the project schedule, monitoring progress against the plan Managing Stakeholders: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status regularly. Quickly address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders Quality Control: Define quality standards and processes for the project deliverables. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the project meets requirements. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Quickly address any issues that arise and implement corrective actions. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholder. Ensure the final project deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Keeping the Team Close-Knit: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members. Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to the project team. Requirements Education: COMPLETED bachelors degree, preferably in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a diploma/degree specifically in project management. Certification: Project management certification like PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial, especially combined with 3 years of relevant experience. Other relevant certifications include Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate teams. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Problem-solving aptitude to identify and mitigate risks. Agile methodology experience and knowledge is compulsory. Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience Personal Qualities: Ability to work well in a team and foster collaboration. Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members. Adaptability to handle changes and challenges that arise during projects. Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in the integration of interdepartmental projects.
