THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Are you a strong and independent F&I professional looking for a new challenge? Join an expanding and well-established motor group in the industry, where your expertise and drive will be highly valued. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic F&I Business Manager with a proven track record of success in volume brand dealerships. In this role, youll work in a fast-paced environment, handling 30 unit sales per month while consistently delivering above-average APU. Key Responsibilities: Manage the F&I process for a high-volume dealership. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all regulations. Consistently produce top results and maintain high standards in all financial dealings. Job Requirements: Matric Certificate A Valid Drivers License Fully qualified F&I with 120 credits, RE and NCA accreditation, and current CPD hours. At least 2 years of F&I experience in a used car motor dealership. Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti, or similar systems. Proven experience in a volume brand dealership, selling 30 units monthly. A stable work history with contactable references. You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
