F&I Business Manager (JHB South)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Join a premium brand franchised motor dealership in a busy environment where your expertise and energy will make a difference About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&I Business Manager to oversee the new and used car sales floors. This is a results-driven position requiring exceptional multi-tasking abilities, quick thinking, and a proactive approach. Delivering top-class customer service is key, as is maintaining a high level of self-motivation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the F&I process for sales departments. Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude. Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain up-to-date CPD hours. Handle tasks independently, efficiently, and effectively in a high-pressure environment. Job Requirements: Matric Certificate A Valid Drivers License Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours. Proven experience in a busy premium brand dealership, specifically in a franchised environment. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet. A stable work history with reliable and contactable references. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
