Corporate Finance Analyst

This role involves executing transactions, supporting strategic decisions, and maintaining market share through in-depth analysis and financial modeling. The ideal candidate has experience in a corporate finance environment, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to commit to long hours during high-pressure projects. Minimum Requirements: BCom or a relevant degree. Proven experience in a corporate finance environment. Strong academic track record: Minimum of 4 distinctions in Matric and no university fails. Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial deal screening and detailed financial analysis. Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations. Prepare investment reports and present findings to investment committees. Review and negotiate legal agreements.
