Job Description

Job Purpose: The Financial Director is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company meets its financial objectives. The Financial Director will manage the finance team, develop financial policies, and provide insights to support decision-making at the executive level Requirements: CA(SA) / CIMA / ACCA Minimum 5 years post articles experience in finance and operations management Catering / Kitchen equipment industry knowledge Proven track record of success and strong leadership capabilities Some travel may be required Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution. Proven track record in implementing and improving operational and financial controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skills Required: Proficient in financial software and ERP systems Proficient in IFRS and tax Working knowledge of FICA Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Budgeting And Forecasting Financial Reporting Cash Management Risk Management HR & Payroll Information Technology Team Leadership Stakeholder Engagement Compliance And Governance Stock Management Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
