Job Description: Manage financial accounting and reporting Lead meetings with key stakeholders on costs and financial performance Prepare journals and reconcile balance sheets Mentor and guide junior team members Conduct variance analysis and assist with budgeting Approve payments and manage cash flow Oversee asset finance and vendor management Supervise various finance teams (Debtors, Creditors, etc.) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Stay updated on financial technology trends Qualifications and Experience Required: CA(SA) Accreditation is essential 6 to 8 years in financial services 2 or 3 years managerial experience Experience in construction or similar industries is preferred.
