Operating Theatre Manager

Position Overview : As the Unit Manager of the Operating Theatre, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the theatre, ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety during surgical procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a high-pressure environment. Requirements : Operating Theatre Diploma essential and registered with SANC Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in a multi-disciplinary hospital setting. Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare environment. Strong ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent leadership and organisational skills. Comprehensive knowledge of operating theatre procedures, sterilisation, infection control, and patient safety protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and patients.
