Job Description: Join our team as a Printing Assistant and play a key role in delivering top-quality printed closures that meet customer specifications and standards in Packaging Industry. Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Execute local printing processes, ensuring quality and productivity. Maintain and operate printing machines efficiently. Perform quality checks to ensure product adherence to specifications. Ensure production targets and schedules are met. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Report and resolve non-conformances and equipment issues. Actively participate in audits and quality management activities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, BRCGS, HACCP). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to meet the demands of the role. Creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Relationships: Work closely with the warehouse, printing, procurement, quality, and sales teams.
