Barista/Barman

Key Responsibilities: Cocktail Preparation: o Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails. o Create new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our beverage offerings. o Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including proper storage of spirits, mixers, and garnishes. Coffee Preparation: o Brew high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks. o Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders. o Stay up to date with current coffee trends and techniques. Customer Service: o Provide a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for all guests. o Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. o Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service. Bar Maintenance: o Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness of the bar and workstations. o Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory management. o Follow company policies and procedures, including responsible serving of alcohol. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as a barman and/or barista in a high-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee brewing techniques, and latte art. - Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - A proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. - Certification in mixology or barista training is a plus.
