RPO Recruitment Specialists

We are looking for 2 x RPO Recruitment Specialists with internal recruitment experience to join our team for a 3-4 month contract role . Are you ready to take your recruitment expertise to the next level? As an RPO Recruitment Specialist, youll serve as the vital link between specialist offsite recruiters and our clients, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and exceptional results. This dynamic role is perfect for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and looking to expand their impact in the industry. What Youll Be Doing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placing top-tier permanent candidates who align with client needs. Headhunt highly skilled professionals for niche and critical roles. Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, including identity, education, credit, and criminal checks. Build strong client relationships by understanding their unique culture, values, and specific hiring requirements. Collaborate with offsite recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidates and provide insights into client needs. Conduct business development calls to market standout candidates and bring in new job specifications. Maintain comprehensive and organised records of research and candidate information using Excel. Craft CVs in specified formats to present candidates professionally and effectively. What You Bring to the Table: Matric qualification. A Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience. Proven track record of exceeding targets and demonstrating a strong drive to achieve results. Experience in internal recruitment is essential. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset, critical thinking, and a focus on delivering solutions. Resilient, assertive, and confident in addressing challenges with courage. Self-aware and proactive, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
