Financial Accountant

This role reports to the Finance Manager and will assume responsibility: The Financial Accountant is responsible for managing a companys financial health through accurate reporting, compliance, and analysis. Key duties include preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards like IFRS or GAAP. They oversee budgeting and forecasting, analyze cash flow, and manage month-end and year-end processes. Financial Accountants also handle tax compliance, coordinate with auditors during audits, and implement efficient financial systems. They analyze costs, track expenses, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Additionally, they collaborate with management to provide insights and support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
