PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR with EXTENSIVE LASER CUTTER experience Minimum 3 Years' experience in the Manufacturing Industry Provide Leadership & Management to the Production Team Monitor Production Quality & Implement corrective actions Supervise Employees in the Manufacturing environment Manage Human Capital, including Absenteeism/Disciplinary Matters Process Incident/Accident Reports Ensure that Staff in line with work according to Production9 Ensure Staff's Quality of work meets Specifications Responsible for the Quality & Accuracy of his/her work Troubleshoot Problems during Machine Operation Perform Random Tests to ensure accuracy Safety Checks on Every Machine Handle Materials - within the Shop & Outdoors as required Clean Criminal record - will be verified
