Job Description

Key Results Areas (include but not limited to): Switchboard & reception duties Marketing Manage viewings & appointments; attend to queries; market units via telephone, email correspondence etc. Manage emergency bell system Maintain databases and updating of files and information Accurate recordkeeping, filing and archiving Administration of applications, exits and transfers Liaise with external stakeholders Log maintenance requests and follow-up accordingly Requirements: Grade 12 Valid Drivers License Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel) Secretarial or Administration qualification advantageous 3 5 Years relevant proven reception, secretarial and administrative experience Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Competencies: Ability to organise and coordinate Attention to detail Problem solving ability Excellent communication (verbal & written) Interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative Presentable Analytical thinking
