Job Description

The Venue Security Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the security of our organization venues, both competitive and non-competitive. This position involves operational resource management, coordination, and allocation of security personnel in the venues before, during, and after Games Time. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure physical security, close protection, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in complex and structured environments. He/She will be involved in: Infrastructure Physical Security Management: Cooperate with the security team and stakeholders to manage security needs for the specific venue. Understand the Olympic and Paralympic event needs and the importance of physical security. Staff Allocation and Deployment: Coordinate the deployment of security personnel to the venue based on workload, event schedules, and risk profiles. Ensure efficient utilization of security resources while maintaining security standards. Monitor staffing levels during events and adjust as needed. Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and respond swiftly to emerging security needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the MICO26 SEC Functional Area to align with the Security KPI and adaptive needs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review workforce data, identify trends, and propose adjustments to resource allocation. Prepare reports on staffing levels, utilization, issues, and performance metrics. J-18808-Ljbffr
