About the job : Oracle HCM-Technical Analyst_Full-Time_Delhi NCR, Gurgaon Noida Job Title : Technical Analyst Job Type : Full-Time Location : Delhi NCR, Gurgaon Noida Experience : 5 to 10 years Job Description : PURPOSE : - You'll develop and maintain HR systems, integrate solutions, and build the new Oracle HCM interface. - You'll work with requirements, estimate application changes, and coordinate delivery, testing, and support. - Ensuring quality and on-time solutions, you'll also help develop best practices and get stakeholder buy-in. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for application changes, promoting the use of standard functionality where possible. - Help estimate project tasks and changes, working with senior staff and/or offshore teams. - Take part in delivering, testing, and supporting application changes. - Ensure high-quality solutions are provided to users on time and within budget. - Help develop best practices and work with stakeholders to get their support. EXPERIENCE : - University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - At least 1-3 years of experience in the deployment or support of Oracle HCM, preferably with exposure to multiple full lifecycle implementations. - Software Product Technical Knowledge - Data Analysis - Software - Standards, Procedures & Policies - Application Maintenance - Application Delivery Process - Requirements Analysis - Technical Writing/Documentation IT Industry : Trends & Directions KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : - Understanding of Oracle HCM (Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Security). - Familiarity with how the Talent Management and Compensation modules are configured. - Willingness to learn and develop skills in creating and amending fast formulas related to the Compensation module. - Ability to define reporting requirements and collaborate with report developers on delivery. - Experience with request and incident management, including raising Service Requests via My Oracle Support. - Understanding of the upgrade process and willingness to participate in regression testing. - Capability to support and advise HR Teams and HCM Users, with mentorship. - Capability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : - University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
