Job Role : SFDC- Agentforce- Developer. Contract Duration : 6 months. Work Location : Pan India. Experience : 4 years. Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days a week onsite). Shift Timing : 12:00 PM 10:00/10:30 PM IS. Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Data Cloud : - Design, configure, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support data integration, customer profiling, and analytics. - Implement data models and pipelines to optimize customer insights and business intelligence. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) : - Develop and maintain Salesforce OMS to streamline order processing and fulfillment workflows. - Customize OMS features to align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve OMS-related issues promptly. Agentforce (Nice to Have) : - Assist in configuring and managing Agentforce functionalities to support agent collaboration and productivity. General Salesforce Administration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable Salesforce solutions. - Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and other tools. - Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Qualifications and Skills : Experience : - 5 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in Data Cloud and OMS. - Proven track record in implementing and managing Salesforce Data Cloud projects. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce OMS configuration and customization. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and Flow. - Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and management. - Familiarity with Agentforce is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications : - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified OMS Specialist are a plus. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
