Job Description : We are seeking a skilled T24 Tester with a strong background in functional testing and experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing T24 core banking systems and ensuring robust software delivery. Responsibilities : - Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on functional and technical designs. - Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team. - Track defects using JIRA and ensure timely resolution. - Define and apply appropriate test measurements and metrics to ensure quality. - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Execute functional and non-functional test cases effectively. - Provide timely progress reports and proactive risk mitigation plans. - Prepare recovery and catch-up strategies as needed to meet project deadlines. Requirements : Experience : - 5-8 years of experience in T24 Testing. - Strong proficiency in functional testing within the banking domain. - Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking. - Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
