React.js & Ruby Developer

Job Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application development and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS and Ruby on Rails. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive design and improve user experience. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are modern and competitive. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on ReactJS and Ruby on Rails. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web standards. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. - Familiarity with database technologies, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
