Role - Senior Business Analyst Key Responsibilities : - Technical Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle Cloud's Order Management and Supply/Demand modules to drive efficient and accurate integration processes. - Requirement Analysis and Documentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements. - Functional and Technical Design : Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities. - Testing and Validation : Design and execute comprehensive test cases, analyze test results, and identify and resolve defects. - Data Migration and Integration : Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Training and Knowledge Transfer : Conduct training sessions for the global Order Fulfillment team, empowering them to effectively utilize the new system. - Problem Solving and Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, efficiency, and user experience. Must-Have Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros/VBA, Power Query, and Power BI. - Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting tools (BI Publisher and OTBI). - Understanding of SAP IBP ATP and its integration with Oracle Cloud. - Excellent communication and technical writing skills. - Experience with process documentation, mapping documents, test cases, and test results. - Proficiency in SQL. - Bachelor's degree. - Ability to work in US PST Time Zone. Preferred Qualifications : - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field. - Strong business acumen and experience in quoting, sales order flow, and supply chain processes. - Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts and experience with BI tools like OBIEE. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in the order management domain. - Proficiency in SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks.
