Gloify - DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of 3 years in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of automation, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and container orchestration. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, delivery, and reliability of software systems. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Ensure automated and efficient deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments. Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage and provision infrastructure as code. Automate repetitive tasks to improve the reliability and scalability of systems. Manage cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting and scaling applications. Monitor and optimize cloud costs and resource utilization. Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure proper cluster scaling, security, and resilience. Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system performance and uptime. Implement logging and alerting solutions using tools like ELK Stack or CloudWatch. Enforce security best practices in infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Work closely with development and QA teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows. Document processes, tools, and systems for future reference and training purposes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Should have 3 years of experience in similar role. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Strong knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes). Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Solid understanding of Linux-based systems and networking concepts.
