As a key contributor in this specialized role, you will lead all facets of the Workday Recruit module including overall configuration, security, reporting, and integrations. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing configurations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Workday recruit module and the overall Workday environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that configurations align with business objectives and deliver a seamless and secure Workday experience for our users. Your role will be instrumental in driving outcomes that significantly impact the effectiveness of our Workday platform that is aligned with the Talent Access strategy. Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the Workday platform to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure that Workdays functionality aligns with organizational needs, particularly in HR, and other modules. Workday Configuration : Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting based on business requirements. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into functional solutions within Workday. Functional Support: Provide support for Workday functional areas by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and performing root cause analysis for system or process errors. Workday Enhancements: Identify areas for process improvements and provide solutions to optimize Workday performance through enhancements or new features. Testing: Participate in the development of test cases, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new Workday features or configuration changes. Change Management : Manage change requests, perform impact analysis, and ensure proper documentation for all configuration changes and updates. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for configuration changes, business processes, and system functionality. Reporting: Create and maintain custom reports. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience (5 years, 3 years in workday) as a Workday Functional. Prior experience with implementation or configuration of Workday modules. Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in configurations and procedures. Desired Qualifications: Workday HCM Certification.(HCM, Payroll) Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest advances in Workday functional areas. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
