Job Title : Sr. Data Engineer with DataSphere. Location : Hybrid Hyd/NCR. Job Type : Fulltime. Notice Period : 30 to 45 days (Should be able to start in Jan first week). Years of experience : 7-10 years. Shift Timings : 01:00 PM 10:00 PM. Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, people management, and hands-on expertise in Python, Databricks, DataSphere, Azure (MS Stack), and PySpark. This role involves leading the design and development of robust data pipelines, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership and technical skills to drive high-impact projects while ensuring team success. Required Skills : Core Skills : - Proficiency in Python for data engineering and analytics. - Hands-on experience with Databricks and DataSphere for building and managing large-scale data systems. - Expertise in Azure (MS Stack) services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake. - Strong knowledge of PySpark for distributed data processing. Leadership Skills : - Proven experience in people management with the ability to lead high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications : Azure Data Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Professional, or equivalent. - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). - Knowledge of big data architectures and streaming frameworks.
