Client Development Manager

We're currently searching for a Client Development Manager for our Headquarters located in Madrid (Spain) Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, your main tasks will include: • Manage the corporate business growth in Europe, focused on Interpretation and Translation Services • Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome • Target new business opportunities within assigned enterprise territory • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers • Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment • Represent Seprotec in sales conventions, trade shows and other events Requirements: • Bachelor's degree recommended • 5 years of experience in the translation, interpretation or localization industry focusing on sales or business development • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills • High level of responsibility and commitment • English and Spanish native or high proficiency level, other European languages will be a great asset
