Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support State License - Specific to Massachusetts ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Job Details Interventional Radiology Technician position available. Schedule Information 5x8's for 40-hours week. Shift time may vary. Additional Details A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series approved by the FDA or WHO OR an up-to-date COVID vaccine if a primary series was never received or completed is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered. Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines required. Proof of immunity via blood test to be provided if titer result is not immune or low immunity to MMR. Vaccine required during flu season from Sept 15th to April 30th. Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date. Physician Statement signed within 365 days of start date.
