The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our dental team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a positive patient experience. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary. Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about treatments and procedures. Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient workflow within the practice. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and inventory management. Stay updated on dental practices, technologies, and regulations to enhance patient care. Qualifications Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred. Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients
