In this role, you’ll support individuals who require specialised care and intervention, often when community resources are insufficient or unavailable. We are looking for an RMN who is: NMC Registered: Holds a valid NMC Pin and has experience in mental health nursing. Knowledgeable & Skilled: Possesses a solid understanding of mental health conditions and effective therapeutic approaches. A Strong Communicator: Able to connect meaningfully with patients and work well with a multidisciplinary team. Empathetic & Professional: Skilled in managing complex cases with compassion and professionalism. As an RMN on our team, you’ll be responsible for: Assessments: Conducting thorough evaluations for individuals in crisis. Care Planning: Developing and implementing tailored care plans for each patient. Direct Care: Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery. Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to care. Patient Advocacy: Fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families.
