Job Title: Assistant Site Manager Location: Littlehampton Salary: £40k - £50k package Sector: Retirement Builds We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of care homes and retirement apartments across the south. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build £40m traditional build retirement village in Littlehampton. Key Responsibilities: Taking build from 1st fix through to completion Managing the finish quality and liaising with Clerk of Works and end client to ensure quality Managing and motivation of all subcontractors and site based staff General assistance to the Project Manager when needed Requirements: SSSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid At least years 3 years experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a main contractor on new build accommodation schemes.
