Senior Civil Engineer Up to £55,000 per annum Birmingham Are you a passionate and driven professional looking to make your mark in civil engineering? Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK, contributing to some of the most significant developments in the industry. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions in areas such as: Highway design: Creating preliminary and detailed designs for S38/S278 schemes. Drainage systems: Developing both strategic and detailed plans for S104/S98 schemes. Specialist structures: Designing foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control structures, and balancing facilities. External works: Overseeing residential and commercial designs, including earthworks assessments. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project designs and assess construction feasibility in terms of time and budget. Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications. Engage with clients to understand and address project requirements.
