Job Description – SEN Teaching Assistant – January 2025 – Hackney Always maintain a purposeful working environment. Maintaining quality and standards, including uniform policy. Work well within a team and support the class Teacher to deliver lessons. Ensure disruptive behaviour is promptly dealt with. Person Specification – SEN Teaching Assistant –January 2025 – Hackney Experience of working with young people and a strong knowledge of educational processes at any stage is essential. Ability to build, support and work with teams. Set high standards, be able to prioritise and think creatively to solve problems. Equivalent to A Level education or higher.
