Health and Safety Advisor Norfolk Manufacturing/Chemicals/Oil and Gas Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce an H&S Advisor into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market. This is an opportunity for a technically competent candidate to develop themselves to the next level whilst working in a strong and supportive H&S team. You will: Advise on all aspects of Operational safety Incident, accident and near miss investigation. Health & Safety Management system review and updates. Advising on the performance of the management systems and delivering on opportunities for improvement. Supporting Emergency response training and competence. Routinely demonstrating safety leadership and engagement at all levels of the organisation. Requirements: Health & Safety experience gained within a high hazard, manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
