Job Title : CRO Manager (Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager) Location : London (Hybrid - 3 days office based) Salary : £40,000 - £55,000 Key Feature : Work on innovative digital projects for top global brands Our client, a fast-growing, disruptive digital marketing agency, is looking for a talented CRO Manager to join their London team. This is an additional hire for the agency due to their ongoing expansion and will offer the opportunity to be at the forefront of exciting and innovative digital projects. They have an exceptional reputation amongst their clients, working with a range of industries including Publishing, eCom and Entertainment. They offer a unique working environment where you'll embed directly into their client's team You will play a key role in driving the CRO strategy for their clients as well as managing A/B tests and ensuring continuous optimisation of digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants to broaden their expertise across digital channels. Key Responsibilities : Lead testing strategy and manage the testing programme to deliver long-term, measurable results. (Running tests that directly impact commercial KPI's (order/subscriptions, revenue uplifts, pricing and cost efficiencies) Manage and own the entire experimentation cycle Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify conversion rate issues Develop data-backed hypotheses and design impactful, client-focused solutions Collaborate with data and dev teams to manage end-to-end funnel tracking Analyse test results and iterate on concepts to refine the overall testing strategy Essential Skills: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimisation Proven track record of creating and analysing A/B tests Must have experience owning end-to-end testing programmes Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics Experience working with split-testing software and implementing tracking Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel or similar An interest in digital marketing areas like Paid Search or Paid Social Benefits: Learning & development across digital channels Career progression opportunities with salary growth Bonuses and work from abroad allowance Amazing office with rooftop terrace, cocktail bar, coffees Gym memberships, private pension plan, lunches, socials etc. Apply now or send your CV directly to laura3search.co.uk
