Mechanical Project Manager - KENT - Up to £65K

My client are an HVAC Specialist Contractor who have been operating for around 8 years. Based out of their HQ in Kent, they now have build a solid team and client base which is bringing in consistent work and are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Project Values range between £50k - £1.5mil. THE ROLE - Mechanical Project Manager Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm / 40 Hour Weeks Based out of their Office Kent along with carrying out site visits. You will be working on Mechanical Projects up to a value of £1.5mil. Project examples will be anything Mechanically related, from toilet refurbishments, tea Points, 4 pipe systems, boilers and plant room refurbishments, AHUs and Air Conditioning. Managing and coordinating mechanical projects Overseeing project teams Collaborating with clients and contractors Developing budgets and schedules Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet regulatory requirements.
